As to moaning - the UR10B2 was perfectly stable - never had any issues with it, so why changing it? If, however any team produced an image with timeshift (which seems no one wants but me) then I would update it straight away
Well comparing that UR image to Edge 4 is like comparing a CV2 with a BMW, no time shift granted, and we did all want it, a few teams tried to get it to work, but never achieved it.
Anyway, you get that Edge Nemesis in there, then we will explain to you how to add the extra file needed to be able to download stuff and then when you have used it a while you tell us if you wish you hadn't installed it a lot earlier.

Timeshit is not an image issue

    but a hardware issue

And its not possible in the TM9100

    So dont wait for it

Why is that hardware issue when DM600 which is based on the same hardware can do timeshift?

There is something else wrong with my receiver. I connected it to perfectly working diseqc, and it is dead (diseqc, not receiver) now. Replaced diseqc again (bought two) - same story.

The good thing that I inadvertedly flashed my second TM9100 Super with EDG. So what is that mysterious link everyone is talking about?

OK, unzip this file and put it in var/etc and reboot, then when you press the blue button twice you will see another download entry and thats where you get the cams and stuff,

Although to be honest I am not certain this file is up to date, but try it and see

No DM600 and TM9100 are very different hardware

So DM600 has timeshift and TM9100 has no timeshift

I suggest you to buy a DM600 and now your timeshift dream become reality

that extra file is an old one.

just open the file on the tm9100 using dcc and edit it to say

    Code:
    htpp://extra.comyr.com
save it and set attrig to 755

and youll have all the extra goodies on the extra download menu

Is it normal to have 45V on tuner output? I thought it should be in a region of 18V or something, right?
That's what I measured on the LNB In (after the box killed two diseqc switches).

Most definitely not normal, but did you have a load on during the test as open circuit tests are not reliable.

No I didn't. Can do it with some RC load on it (that'll probably take me some time).
