hi i have a new dm800 hd clone( hope you dont mind clones here) and when setting up motor i cabt see the gotox function anywhere, this is what ive been useing on my dm 500 and have no props. i can input my log/lat but the dish wont move if iclick on channel on a different sat not sure what im doing wrong but any help welcome! ps i can get the dish to move if i click on satfind and select a satalite and then i can look for channels on that sat.

    the 800 (clone or not) is very different to the 500 series (and a lot better as well)

    you need to set the tuner to "simple" select "positioner" put in your east or west /north setting...use sat finder to move between a few sats, ie; 19/13 east

    and adjust your east west settings to get the best sig strengths

    dyna if your log/lat is not spot on the dish will move out of position every time you change sat
    get your log/lat from google map from google point to your hose you should have accurate number position..and still you have to tickle the number on log/lat to get spot on...remember the 800 is different from the 500 as  basilyoung said. patient patient you will get in there
