wEB lan IP address in UR23

I have one 9100 running UR23 which seems fine for all I need, however the web interface now detects the internet IP address - which might be useful, but means I can never get web TV or a stream into VLC from the links. All the other images I've run or am running detects the local IP address and so works out fine.
